Während der Veranstaltung wird fotografiert und gefilmt. Das Foto- und Filmmaterial wird zu Zwecken der Öffentlichkeitsarbeit verwendet (z. B. zur Veröffentlichung in Printmedien, im Internet und in Social Media).
